Connect Four Dots

"Connect Four" is a timeless two-player strategy game where the goal is to connect four of your own colored discs in a row on a vertically oriented grid. Players take turns dropping discs of their chosen color from the top of the grid, aiming to outmaneuver their opponent and achieve a winning combination.

The game board consists of a 7-column by 6-row grid, although variations in size may exist. Each player selects a color, typically red or yellow, and takes turns placing their discs into one of the columns. The disc will fall to the lowest available empty space within the chosen column.

The key to victory lies in strategic placement and forward thinking. Players must anticipate their opponent's moves while planning their own, aiming to create a line of four discs either horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. As the game progresses, the grid fills up, creating more opportunities for both players to block their opponent's moves and establish their own winning lines.

The game ends when one player successfully connects four of their colored discs in a row, at which point they are declared the winner. If the grid fills up before either player achieves victory, the game ends in a draw.
